The goal of this symposium is to enhance physicians' and other health care providers’ knowledge in the evaluation and treatment of patients with advanced heart failure (AHF). Breakfast and lunch will be provided.

CME Charge

There is no charge to attend this educational activity. Physician participants can claim CME credits for a flat fee of $70. Payment is to be made upon completion of the post-activity evaluation.
