Neurocritical Care APP Fellowship Program at Baptist
To meet the ongoing demand for advanced practice providers in the highly specialized field of neurocritical care, Baptist Memorial Health Care offers Neurocritical Care APP Fellowship training at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis, our flagship hospital.
Baptist’s Neurocritical Care APP Fellowship is a 12-month structured transition-to-practice program for newly graduated APRNs or PAs that provides intensive practice-based learning, didactic content, professional development and mentorship. The program provides specialty training, through Baptist’s comprehensive stroke center, to motivated APPs interested in pursuing a career in neurocritical. The fellowship’s curriculum includes both didactic and clinical experiences, under the guidance of experienced physicians and APP faculty.

- Neurocritical care
- Pulmonary critical care
- General neurology
- Palliative medicine
- Stroke services
- Epilepsy
- Neuro-interventional radiology
- Neurosurgery

Application requirements and eligibility
Our ideal candidate is a nurse practitioner or physician assistant who has recently completed their academic training and has a high interest in pursuing a career as an APP intensivist with advanced knowledge in complex neurological conditions.
