Baptist to host job fair for new Arlington ER, scheduled to open by January 2023

MEMPHIS, Tenn. –Baptist Memorial Health Care is hosting a job fair for its new Baptist Arlington Emergency Department on Thursday, Oct. 27 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Arlington Town Hall, 5854 Airline Road in Arlington, Tennessee.

Baptist will be hiring for all positions, from nursing to environmental services, for the emergency department and Baptist Medical Group offices, which will also be housed on site. Candidates who attend the job fair will have the opportunity to interview, complete health screenings and receive contingent offers with start dates.

Baptist Arlington Emergency Department is West Tennessee’s first freestanding emergency department and will be the only hospital access for much of West Tennessee between Bartlett and Jackson, Tennessee. The hospital is a department of Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis, which U.S. News & World Report has named the best hospital in Memphis for multiple consecutive years. The 35,000-square-foot facility will have eight rooms and laboratory, X-ray, ultrasound and CT services on site. Baptist Medical Group will also offer primary and urgent care at the site.
