Baptist Children’s Hospital Names First CMO
MEMPHIS, Tenn. –The Spence and Becky Wilson Baptist Children’s Hospital has named Dr. Jennifer Snow as its first chief medical officer and system director of pediatrics.
Snow will manage medical staff functions, oversee daily operations for pediatrics and serve as a liaison between hospital staff and administration.

Snow was most recently medical director for pediatric critical care at Baptist Children’s Hospital. Before joining Baptist, Snow was medical director for pediatric critical care at Sheridan Children’s Healthcare Services of Virginia.
Snow earned a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Utah School of Medicine. She completed her residency in pediatrics and fellowship in pediatric critical care medicine at New York Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center. In 2021, Snow completed the Auburn Physician Executive MBA Program and is chair of the Pediatric Quality and Safety Committee at Baptist Children’s Hospital.
The Spence and Becky Wilson Baptist Children’s Hospital is on the same campus as Baptist Memorial Hospital for Women, the first and only freestanding women’s hospital in the region. Baptist Children’s Hospital features a 10-bed pediatric emergency room, a 12-bed inpatient unit including a pediatric intensive care unit, and a 5-bed diagnostic center. With 24-hour pediatric intensivist coverage, multiple pediatric specialties and access to a critical care transport team for neonatal, pediatric and maternity patients, the hospital is equipped to provide high-quality care for a wide variety of pediatric patients and issues.
